For the dressing


•1 c. ranch dressing


•1/4 c. lime juice

1. In a large bowl, heating and stir well black beans, corn, 1/2 can green chiles, Grilled & Ready Pulled Chicken Breasts, cheddar, taco seasoning, and fresh cilantro.


2.Cut the avocados into 2 equal, remove the pit and scoop up about ½ the flesh inside and mashed -waiting for dressing step.


3. Fill each with stirred mixture above. Sprinkle with cheddar and fresh cilantro, followed by broiling until cheese melted ( for 2 minutes).


4.In terms of dressing: In other bowl, mixing all ranch, lime juice, green chiles, cilantro, salt, pepper and mashed avocados until become smooth.


5.Remove avocado boats from oven and transfer to serving dish. Drizzle with dressing and enjoy!
